These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dressy application ("Dressy" or the "Service"), including all features, functionalities, and content provided through the platform. By accessing, downloading, or using Dressy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, if you do not agree with any part of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use Dressy.
We encourage you to read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information about your rights, responsibilities, and legal obligations. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these Terms, please feel free to contact us before continuing to use the Service.
Dressy helps you discover your potential fashion ideas and do related actions. To do that, we show you things we think will be relevant, interesting and personal to you based on your user data and service activity. To provide our Service, we need to be able to identify you and your interests. Some of the things we show you are promoted by advertisers. As part of our service we try to ensure that even promoted content is relevant and interesting to you.
You may use Dressy only if you can legally form a binding contract with Dressy, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. When you create your Dressy account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. Any use or access by anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed. Using Dressy may include downloading software to your phone, tablet, or other device. You agree that we may automatically update that software, and these Terms will apply to any updates.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and all applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Dressy Service for your personal use only. This license is provided solely for the purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the features of the Service as intended by Dressy.
Using Dressy for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited unless you have received prior written authorization from the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, using the platform to promote, advertise, or sell products or services; collecting user data for commercial gain; or leveraging any part of the Service to drive traffic or revenue to external businesses or platforms.
Dressy is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by individual users. Any unauthorized commercial exploitation of the Service may result in the suspension or termination of your account, and may also constitute a violation of applicable laws. If you are interested in partnering with or using Dressy for business-related purposes, please contact us directly to discuss potential licensing or partnership opportunities.
Anything that you upload, post, share, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Dressy platform is referred to in these Terms as "User Content." This includes, but is not limited to, text, photos, videos, audio, links, and any other materials or information you submit.
You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights in your User Content. However, by posting or sharing content on Dressy, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the User Content you provide. This means that you, not the Company, are entirely liable for any consequences resulting from your content, including any harm it may cause to other users or third parties.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to post such content and that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws, infringe on any intellectual property rights, or breach any agreements you have with third parties.
You grant Dressy and our users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your User Content on Dressy solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and using Dressy. Nothing in these Terms restricts other legal rights Dressy may have to User Content, for example under other licenses. We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content, or change the way it’s used in Dressy, for any reason. This includes User Content that we believe violates these Terms, or any other policies.
Following termination or deactivation of your account, or if you remove any User Content from Dressy, we may keep your User Content for a reasonable period of time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Dressy and its users may retain and continue to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute any of your User Content that other users have stored or shared on Dressy.
We value hearing from our users and are always interested in learning about ways we can make Dressy more awesome. If you choose to submit comments, ideas or feedback, you agree that we are free to use them without any restriction or compensation to you. By accepting your submission, Dressy doesn’t waive any rights to use similar or related feedback previously known to Dressy, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you.
We care deeply about the safety and security of our users and are committed to protecting the integrity of your personal information, content, and account. To that end, Dressy implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to help prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of the information we collect and store.
However, no system can be completely secure. While we make every effort to protect your data and maintain the security of our platform, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to circumvent our security measures or misuse your personal information for malicious purposes.
Dressy may contain links to third party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Dressy. We don’t endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access any third party website, service, or content from Dressy, you do so at your own risk and you agree that Dressy has no liability arising from your use of or access to any third party website, service, or content.
Dressy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the operation of the Service, or your access to it, at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice, as permitted by applicable law. We may provide advance notice where reasonably possible, but we also retain the right to act immediately and without notice under certain circumstances.
Immediate suspension or termination of your access to Dressy may occur if we believe you have violated any of your obligations under these Terms, including those set out in Section 7 (User Obligation). Other reasons for termination or suspension may include, but are not limited to, repeated misuse of the Service, engagement in fraudulent or illegal activity, threats to the security or functionality of the platform, or the need to perform emergency maintenance or address critical technical issues.
In the event of termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete or deactivate your account and all associated information and content. We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service or for the deletion of your content, provided such action complies with applicable laws.

- Don’t do anything or post any content that violates laws or regulations.
- Do not impersonate any person or organization.
- Don’t infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Don’t access, use or tamper with our systems or our technical providers’ systems.
- Don’t break or circumvent our security measures or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks.
- Don’t share your password, let anyone access your account or do anything that might put your account at risk.
Our Service and all content on Dressy is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
Dressy specifically disclaims any and all warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
Dressy takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that you or any other person or third party posts or sends using our Service. You understand and agree that you may be exposed to User Content that’s inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate for children, or otherwise unsuited to your purpose.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRESSY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL DRESSY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED 1000 USD.
In the event that you have any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Dressy Service, these Terms, or any related policies, you agree to first contact us at contact@dressy-app.com and make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. We are committed to working with our users to reach a fair and prompt resolution without the need for formal legal proceedings wherever possible.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute through informal discussions within a reasonable time period (typically 30 days from the date we receive your initial written notice), both you and Dressy agree to resolve the dispute exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. This agreement to arbitrate applies to all disputes, including claims that arose before you accepted these Terms or any prior versions of them.
